Cable Comb prices? Whaaat?!

So I've been looking around for cable combs for a decent look in my case, but these things come at a ridiculous price, at least here in germany.
One piece of the costs 3€!

 

Is that really that expensive? Thats a small piece of plastic.

Anyone know any alternatives?

You could always use zip ties, but that wouldn't look near as nice.
