Windows 10 Error Message

I was randomly sitting and watching my favourite vloggers videos on my second monitor - when i get this popup - I did absolutely nothing at the time. I got it yesterday too but thought nothing of it.

What is this and why is it popping up?

No but srsly, it's forcing you to make a back up. You don't need to if you don't need a backup (like me)

I dont need a backup of windows necessarily - because ive got a backup drive with all my steam games, Plus windows is installed on an SSD But thanks for clarification anyways man

Its something relating you your automatic backup settings, why its popping up is unknown, unless you previously had a drive for that or if it was previously setup via a trial for an antivirus program that you let expire
