VR specs question

I ran the Steam VR test and got these results... Do you think this will allow me to play on at least medium settings? I don't know if there is a gap in performance in the test compared to actually playing a game, if there isn't well that's good for me.

970 should be completely fine in most if not all game. You "do" have some graphic setting for some VR game (at least on Vive as I own one) but most of the time they are hardly different from each other and hardly affect the performance at all.
