Transfer photos from PC into Camera Roll (jailbroken)

Hello, I have a jailbroken iPhone 6s Plus and I performed a full restore in order to downgrade to iOS 9.3.3 from iOS 10 Beta and I was wondering what program (for free) would allow me to copy a folder which contains my entire Camera Roll from before the restore and put all my old photos back into my iPhones Camera Roll, not some non-editable folder through iTunes. Thanks!
