Well If you've got the money go for the i7 cause you'll also be live streaming but you don't necessarily need it.

Instead of a 4790 I'd suggest going up to Skylake, get a cheaper Z170 board and get a i5-6600k. You should have enough extra even with upgrading to get a decent 240mm AIO liquid cooler, then overclock that 6600k and it'll be good enough for you to live stream with than a Non-OC i7, kinda unnecessary.

MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 - (5700HQ : 970M : 16gb RAM : 17.3" : Win10 : 1TB HDD : Razer Anansi : Some mouse) - hooked up to a 34UM58-P (WFHD) in dual screen

iPad Air 2 (for school)

iPhone 6

Xbox One Forza 6 Limited Edition Blue

a 6700k is better, about the same price, even if you arent overclocking... the mobo should probably be bumped up to the z170 pro gaming, the case is horrid, get the s340 instead if you want ANY cable management at all, WD has a cheaper 2tb caviar blue drive, and that 1070 seems a bit overpriced, but i am not a CA dollar expert, so it may be fine...

the case i ment his recommended spec 3, the HAF is fine, but it is silver on the inside and there are better cases for the price now.. its not 2010 anymore. the p400 is a good example
