InWin 303 CPU cooler support?

The site says it supports up to 160mm coolers, and my Dark Rock 3 is rated at 160mm. It currently fits in a Cooler Master Silencio 352 which is rated for 155mm clearance, and the side panel goes on with a few mm room to spare. Should I be concerned about this?
