Aftermarket 480s?

Is there any information when aftermarket 480s are coming out? The only one I have seen so far is the sapphire.

Oh yeah I remember I saw a review of that. It sounded as if it would be quite an expensive rx 480 though  

I am looking for a decent card that isn't too much more than the normal 8gb 480.

From what I could see they were mainly using the same cooler. I was asking about when the custom coolers come out.
