I want to build a pc and theses are the parts i have is there anything i should change or is it good?

You don't need thermal compound because the 212 evo comes with it.  I would go with an i7 at your price point, but that's up to you.  My family and friends have had Seagate HDDs fail on them so I would go with WD if it's for internal storage and not backup.  Also, buy Windows 10 on ebay or Cragslist.  It'll be a lot cheaper.

Parts all seem good to me. But the color scheme might not look too amazing, however.

Do you really need 2TB? Also you can find WIndows 10 for way cheaper on Reddit or ebay
