If I were to get 2 760's would a 750Watt power supply be efficient.

I'll have an H100i with an i5 4670k at a minimum of 3.8GHZ. And probably 5 120mm fans total.

CPU  i7 6850k

GPU: EVA FTW3 3080

SSD: 512GB 850 Pro | 970 Pro 500

AMP/DAC:Magni 3 + Modi  2.

Headphones: HD 6XX, Argons, HD 660S and like 9 more

Go with 800 just to be safe, they aren't that expensive after all and it would be better to have too much than too little.

750W with your setup could power 2 Titans, so yes 2 760s would be good. Make sure to get a good power supply though. 80+ Bronze minimum and also make sure that the 750W isn't peak wattage.

NZXT Phantom 410 Gunmetal | Asus Z87-A (don't ask why I have a Z mobo with a non k cpu, have my reasons)| Intel Core i7 4770 | XGIMATEK Dark Knight II| 8GB Corsair Vengeance | 120GB SKHynix | 2tb WD Green | Gigabyte GTX 770 OC | OCZ 750W ZT | Logitech DiNovo Edge | Logitech G602

750W would be enough if you have a good 80+ certification psu. What psu are you planning to get?
