Alright, I'll start off with a picture because I don't really know where to begin:

So I put together this little setup a while back, and now I'm trying to get the computer to recognize the audio receiver, but it's only recognizing the TV. I've disabled the TVs speakers, but that hasn't helped. Under the configuration for the speakers in Windows, I'm only given the option to run them in stereo as the TV would support.

Any ideas?

Have you tried without the switch in the middle?

And why do you need a switch when receivers already have multiple HDMI inputs to switch between?

Yeah, I've tried with just a straight connection to the reciever. Same deal. This particular receiver only has two HDMI inputs. I've got two consoles, a cable box, and the computer to connect.
