As i am pretty biased towards MSI, i suggest the following (in that $ range) mini ITX MB:

But honestly, the current motherboard that you have in line is pretty much the same. And with Mini ITX's if you have a money roof (90$ in this case) it really depends on what manufacturer you believe the most in.

Although if you are unable to find shipping to the Philippines, but yet have access to the  Gigabyte H110N then i think its best to go with it, as shipping fees might be more expensive than the MB itself. itself.

one person actually here in philippines is selling a msi h110i but im like torned on what motherboard to get , like which is more reliable in the long run that sort of stuff. btw mate do you think a white thermaltake ring fan will blend in red gpu red interior of the case?

you may want to ask yourself why you are going ITX in the first place. Check my signature below for my take on why I think ATX is better or go with mATX if you want to save space.

i really like itx builds since i first got into pcmr. also i always bring it to my grandmas house to play with my cousins, also on lan parties with my friends its more handy than having a atx or matx.

Either the MSI or the Gigabyte motherboard will be fine. They're both about the same level of quality.

The case comes with a 200mm front fan. Since you're not going to overclock, you probably don't "need" a 120mm exhaust fan on the rear, but it wouldn't hurt.  Any fan that you like will do in this case, since CFM or air pressure isn't really a concern. You might want to get a "quiet" fan.

The case has room for a better CPU cooler, so I'd suggest you get a mid-size cooler such as a CM Hyper 101 or T4, or similar.

That would look better than the stock cooler, be quieter under load, and keep the CPU a bit cooler.

On the other hand there's no need to go for a large cooler such as a CM Hyper 212 size unit.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

im thinking of getting a thermaltake ring white like 1 - 3 pcs but im not sure if it will blend in to the red interior if the case and gpu. for the cooler im thinking of getting a noctua lowprofile cooler. i just need to be sure for the parts for my build so i will stop for abour 3-6months of not upgrading and after that probably upgrade somethinf on my pc haha
