Uhhhhhhhh motherboard doesn't really depend on your gpu. We need more details such as

1) Your CPU

2) Amount of RAM you want

3) Form factor (ATX, mATX, mini-ITX)

to provide a suggestion.

A motherboard is not going to influence your performance with your GPU.
