Upgrading pc

I'm looking to upgrade my pc

 

I'm currently looking at these processors and mobos

i5 4460 + Asrock B85M Pro3

vs

i5 6500 + Asrock B150 Pro4/D3

The 6500 is 39.18€ more expensive

 

My question is, is it worth the price difference for performance difference?

 

Also let me know if It's worth keeping my ram (DDR3 1600), and SSD (crucial m4 128gb). I'm also keeping my GTX 960 , but not looking to upgrade it yet.

Now huge difference in performance. Like 10% at most.

Someone will say that you can OC i5 6500 CPU, but with that motherboard and BCKL OCing in general ... forget about that

 

So I would go for cheaper option

i5 4460 is more than enough for 1080p games and even 1440p.

 

And that way you can also keep your RAMs. For i5 6500 build you would need to get DDR4 memory, so another thing to pay for.

 

So get that i5 4460 + motherboard and save up for GTX 1060. That would be perfect pair.
