well i cant run my 8350 on stock with stock cooler it reaches 80 /85 c

while gamming and ur saying we can oc it out of the box ?

It depends a lot on the ambient temperature of the room for example my friends 8350 with a stock cooler only hits 55-65 degrees under load but we live in a fairly cold place.

This is assuming you hit a certain performance level. Some people overclock a 200 dollar graphics card to have the same performance as a 300 dollar one does at stock ect. Remember that when it comes to OEM machines, some charge hundreds of dollars more for like a 0.2ghz performance boost because one chip is slightly faster. (Another solid reason to build your own system)

It also makes sense to overclock an older system to still have usable performance of current gen chips.
