Help!

Hello, I have recently asked for a new operating system,

and every one said to reset windows 10,

Well i did, and now the OS is still having this issue where it will crash and, 

bsod this error, Kernel Security Check Failure

I need a way to fix this it is very annoying if you have any info on what this is please let me know.
