cpu for gtx 980

So i got a gtx 980 strix a week agoand already posted a topic on what was bottlenecking it.

It apeard to be my cpu(i7 870).

now i am looking for a cheap cpu and fitting motherboard(because i am now on 1156) that will let my 980 run at it's full potential.

i also dont mind if i have to get it second hand.

Everything in the 1156 socket will bottleneck the GTX 980,go with a new platform AT LEAST 1366 with a i7 960 OC'd but i recommend the 1155 platform with a i7 2600k or 2700k

Hey not really any great 1156 sockets that are cheap, i recommend looking at xeons
