No. it will not affect rendering times at all. However it may improve the interaction speed in your program. Or if you need to load objects into your program to be rendered or modified, it could help with that. but typically, faster speeds will not help in a situation like yours as far as I'm aware.

as long as your hdd is faster than your cpu encodes/renders (which is by mostly any drive the case), you won't notice anything.
