Google images search for the picture (copy image, click search by image). You are not allowed to use it non-personally or you will be sued by shutterstock.

You have to buy it. If you are caught using it commercially (in a website etc) Shutterstock can issue a dmca and take money from you for using it.

If people used  their own accounts for it, they would have to pay. It is pay per image used.

You can get prepaid debit cards at places like walmart.

 

You shouldn't try to beg for someone to give you the picture for free, and that picture would only be authorized for that person with their account and not you.
