Spooky GPU fan (dying?)

Geeb_

So my GPU fan is acting weird, not only is it spinning much slower than its counterpart, but also @ 50% + speed it starts to make a terrible hissing noise.

Any advice?

I made this video documenting the issue:

 Thanks!

If you can take the cooler off add some lubricant/oil to the fans as sometimes they can run dry and not run as well. This worked for me with my fan that made a ticking noise.

Yea that should be fine and work quite well from my past experiences.

Yea, mine was at about 37% basically idle and it was a constant, tick, tick, tick and vibrations. Very annoying as i ran it at a higher speed to stop it but then the fans were way too loud.
