Razer Kraken or some logitech G430/230

I would recommend a pair of good headphones + a modmic anyways.

These are probably the best budget "gaming headset" you can get. Be aware that most gaming headsets are PoS though. Also like anything tech related you get whatever money you put in. If you could save to hit the $100 mark there are a hell of a lot more options out there for you! If you are interested in saving up a bit let me know and i can give you a few real headphone suggestions. I'd always suggest getting a real pair of quality headphones and adding a clip on or mod mic, this way you get good audio output and a reasonable mic

CPU: Intel i7-6700k | Motherboard: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Aura | RAM: G.Skillz Ripjaws V Series 32GB DDR4 3200 (4 x 8GB) | GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Edition | Storage: Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SSD + Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD | PSU: EVGA Supernova P2 750W | Cooling: NZXT Kraken X62 | Case Fans: NZXT Aer RGB 120mm x 3 + NZXT Aer RGB 140mm | Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv TG Edition | Lights: NZXT Hue+ | Monitor: Asus ROG Swift PG279Q | Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB LUX Mouse: Zowie EC2-A | DAC/AMP: Schiit Magni Uber + Schiit Modi Uber | Headphones: Sennhesier HD598 SE + Fostex T50RP Mk3 w/ Mayflower Mods | Mic: Antlion ModMic 5.0 | OS: Windows 10

Its all good, just seems that way when you write things down at people is all.. Your comment basically sounds like you're asking me why I would even comment on something you've said because you are "one of the biggest" audio buffs on the forum and a bigger audio buff than me.. Seems like you're saying my comments aren't valuable because you are more active on the forum

nah m8, I just didn't see a reason to comment on my comment. It was more meant to tell you that I know it.
