So i overclocked my 6600k to 4.4Ghz and it runs just fine. I just have one question: in HWMonitor it says that my CPU is running at 4400Mhz, like it should. At all times. Can it running at full speed all the time affect its lifespan or any other thing? The temps are as expected, rising under load and being low when idle.

My mobo is a Gigabyte GA-Z170N-GAMING 5

Well, any overclocks will reduce your cpu's life (Or any component in the matter) but the cpu will still last the whole build's life time or even longer (as long as the voltage isn't something insane).

I've had mine on 4300 1.3v under Prime95 load for 29 days straight before I had to shutdown after it blew up on fire to paint my room. xD

Don't worry, you'll be fine if you can keep your temps in check.
