any ideas on a chilled water cooling unit that is maybe water pumped on the a phase change head after the system is up and to temp then you kick on the phase change and drop to sub temps you could do an glycol mix like the do a automotive cars to keep from frezzing yet still get the benifits of the phase change. yet you could make the system remote sorta like the hole room water cooling idea but running chilled water or freezing water through the loop
