My custom modpack wont download it says error downloading file failed to download (dropbox link)please consult the mod pack author

i think he's wording it wrongly.

EDIT: i removed the link (and so should you) because the way technic redistributes modpacks still does not align with the licenses on the majority of mods, meaning it is in theory a form of piracy, which is against the forum's community standards. while the validity of licenses on mods is questionable, with this i show my opinion on that topic as well.

the link simply had dl=0 changed to dl=1 at the end.

well Manikyath was able to solve the issue. just change that 0 at the end of the link to 1 and you will be able to download it.
