Dota 2 is pretty easy to run, you could probably get a RX 480 or GTX 1060 depending on which one is cheaper for you and still be able to play triple A games at 60fps.

Mind that Dell OEM PSU

Stick to something that doesn't need additional PCIE power

750Ti maybe?

I've heard about a GTX 950 that doesn't require power connector but I'm not so sure about it.

A lot of people recommended those two to me, why?

Will  RX 480 or GTX 1060 fit to my PC? and where can I find it?

The problem here is your PSU, if it doesn't have PCIE power connector then there's nothing you can do about it.

Worse if the PSU is riveted in with the case meaning you can't possibly take it out to change to another PSU which in turns leading you needing to buy new case + PSU.

So there isn't any better GPU to fit? I don't know how to change PSU or case so it's so hard for me. Do you know how much will it cost and where can I buy those?

It doesn't list the PSU specs

Just look if it has an unused 6pin connector among the cables

It there isn't one, the 750Ti is the best you can get

It doesn't look like I have one right?

Hopefully its a standard ATX form factor PSU as it appears to be

Could you take a photo of the sticker on the PSU? So I can be sure.

Changing both GPU and PSU is an awful lot just to play Dota 2

How much you intend to spend on this upgrade?

I wanted to play games like Overwatch and NBA. I have no idea about the price. Actually I was here to ask about the price.
