Speedy usb 3.0 stick

Hi
I'm looking for an usb 3.0 stick! The usb stick is for having multiple ios's!(I don't like cd drives )

The usb stick needs to be 3.0, around 32gb, good read and write speed, and not with a "pop up"/slide out

Can you suggest any good usb stick?
