So if i got an i7 6700k i wont be overclocking running at stock speed do i still need an expensive motherboard +120$ or a cheap motherboard like  ASRock Z170 Pro4S LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard  which is 80$ i think

I just don't like asrock, but that aside yes any 1151 socketed board will work

Getting the K but not overclocking? That's like buying a Bugatti and doing the speed limit. Also, get a mobo with all the features you're looking for, like memory support, sata/m.2 support, wifi support, power support, I/O connections, size, reputability and pricing, aesthetics and maybe even look into the reviews to see how many DOAs there are for that particular board.

 

tip: when installing windows, your license is bound to that board, so don't cheap out all the way by buying a $180 key on a $90 board. Unless you're broke...

Blue screens eh? Did you try setting it to Wumbo?

i5 6600k + Asus Z170-A motherboard i will overclock this one do u think it's a fine one?

It's a good combination but still missing an aftermarket cooler. You dont need something fancy as any 50 dollar air cooler is a good start for overclocking cooler. If you can, you may invest in something like the h50 AIO water cooler as that may be a good target for you.
