i wont to upgrade my computer to :

  

Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 5 LGA1151

and 

Gtx 1070 or 1060 

 

but i have an intel core 2600

and i don't know if my CPU will run DDR4 ram 

so question 1  

will the core 2600 run DDR 4 ?

question 2 

if i get a DDR 3 motherboard will it slow the Gpu down ?

 question 3

is changing  my Cpu to run DDR 4 will make a big different

 

i use my pc for gaming not that hard core but i like a pc that can run any game at   1080p 60fps 

note i now have the gtx 550ti 

and whit the exception of gta v i didn't have a problem

That socket type is not the right one for the 2600

That motherboard is 1151 and your CPU is 1155
