Cheap action camera?

Hello, I am looking for an action camera for my son for his birthday, I'm looking to pay a maximum of £25. I was looking at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12M-Waterproof-Sports-Cam-SJ4000-DV-Action-Full-1080P-Video-DVR-Helmet-Camera-/172243422502?hash=item281a820d26:g:e6oAAOSwbYZXYpgA.

It would require a head strap, however, I could buy another one separately, is this even possible? Any other recommendations?

That is a cheap knockoff of the SJ4000 real one cost $70+ https://www.amazon.com/SJCAM-Original-Version-Waterproof-Batteries/dp/B00VFVUAMQ they have different multi device compatible head straps all over ebay like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Elastic-Adjustable-Headband-Belt-Head-Strap-Mount-for-GoPro-SJ4000-Xiaomi-Yi-CAM-/221951816599?_trksid=p2352135.l4275 should still fit the knockoff sense they are almost identical.  Comparason between fake and real

The camera linked in has various clips and fixings as standard and looks like any GoPro mount should work too.

As long as they are compatible with the real SJ4000 I don't see why they wouldn't work with the knockoff
