Phenom x6 1055t still good?

There is someone selling a phenom x6 1055t with a gigabyte 990fxa for about 90 euro. Seems like quite a decent deal and a worthwhile upgrade from my core 2 duo rig, but I would like to know your opinion on it. Also if I do get it what power supply would be good for it and a gtx 750 ti?

Depends on the GPU. For a R9 380/960 it will be fine assuming you OC it. For anything more it's not.
