Hello all!

In the next few weeks, I plan to upgrade to either a 1060 or a 1070. I am doing this because my strix 960 isn't cutting it anymore because I upgraded to a 1440p monitor. It can handle titles like Grand Theft Auto V on medium at 64 FPS but it can hardly run Rainbow Six Siege on medium, hovering at about 48 fps. I don't have a lot of room in my case because it is a prebuilt Dell computer, and the hard drive enclosure is taking up most of the space for where the graphics card needs to go. The card is about eight and a half inches in length, and I have only about an inch of headroom left. Is there a card that you would recommend from AMD or Nvidia that is no longer than nine inches? I would love to stay ewithNvidia because of the rreliability of the driver updates and the card itself. I was recently looking at the Zotac mini 1060 and wondering if it had the same performance as the MSI 1060 that doesn't fit in my case. I also saw the Zotac amp addition of the 1060 and when I compared it on NewEgg, my strix 960 and the Zotac amp 1060 were the exact same size, give or take a few millimeters. The cards themselves look the exact same, and it would be really nice to upgrade from a 960 to a 1060. Would the Zotac amp Edition have the same performance as the MSI 1060 and is that the card you would recommend? I have Asus laptops, Asus monitors, and I would love to stick with an Asus graphics card, but all of the 1060s that they released are all too big to fit in my case.

The other thing I could do is get the MSI 1060, but I would have to get a new case. Is there any case you would recommend that could fit the MSI 1060 that is under $60? Doesn't have to be anything fancy, but I would like it from a major brand like Corsair, not from a brand like Rosewill or DIYPC.

Thanks,

WSAD
