No Signal? HELP!

Go to solution Solved by DennisTechTips,

Thankyou all for the support I reseated my ram I plugged in my keyboard and restarted the PC, it works! Thankyou guys again problem solved I am so happy that the cx550m didn't kill any components. ?

So my Psu recently failed right after I bought it the system would turn on for a fraction of a second then off so I recently returned my cx550m in for RMA and decided to buy a high quality rm550x. Now my fans and everything are spinning and all of my light are on with my new Psu but my monitor is not receiving a signal from my gpu. I have it plugged into the hdmi on the Psu and i have it on hdmi on the tv (which I am using for a monitor for now but the tv worked fine the first time) please help.

Another Corsair CM series PSU bites the dust. God those things are more lethal than I thought. Are you able to get another PSU that's not Corsair branded and just have the bare minimum components connected? (So only Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and HDD)

Yea I would stay away from Corsair PSUs until they get their act together. There are just too many problems with Corsair PSUs recently. This is probably the 4th thread in a few days regarding Corsair PSU related issues.

Also front and back fans are not spinning they are connected to something on the back of my Phanteks enthoo pro case which is connected to the sata cable but the power button on the PC works which is connected to that same sata cable. I stand corrected the power button does not connect to the sata cable I will try another one and see if I get in different results

Power buttons and fans are not powered by SATA cables... Sounds exactly the kind of thing Dennis of LMG would do... this thread seems fishy...

The fan headers only have three pins, can I still plug them into the MOBO?

If your fans have 3-pin or 4-pin fan connectors. Just take a picture of what you have right now so we can sort everything out.

My ram was not seated in all the way the MOBO q_code said FE I reassured my ram front and back fans now turned on still not receiving signal though my MOBO q code now says d7. Also a light came on next to the 24 pin power connected that says "boot_device_led" I will send a picture of the situation
