No. Not really. Get an i5 minimum. i5 4460 + MSI H81-P33 should be similar in price

The PSU is also shit. XFX XT series are not good like the other XFX units

You can install a os from a usb stick. You can buy windows from microsoft and they will give you a download.

Get the Skylake i5 version for a few more pounds. Also, wait for the RX 480 aftermarket variants.

You just subbed the PSU in my list with something way worse at the same price. If you bothered looking it's actually the XFX TS 650 Gold, not the XT Bronze.
