You'll want some better monitors. The ones you have listed are pretty lo-res. You'd probably be happier with two of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009642&ignorebbr=1

Also, you'll need more storage; instead fo a hybrid drive, I'd suggest a solid state drive and a hard disk drive (one for the games you're working on at the moment, the other for general storage or games that you aren't playing right now.

Also, it doesn't look like your motherboard has on-board wifi (though you'll probably want to use ethernet for online gaming anyway).

IMO, you should replace the 1TB HDD for a SSD with suitable storage. Moreover, depending on what you want, I suggest ditching the founder's edition GTX 1080 for a aftermarket card. It comes with better cooling, usually better performance and sometimes lower price.
