Ultrawide Recommendation - X34, X34A, X34P and PG348Q

I was planning to buy an ultrawide sometime in Dec, 2016 and have checked the prices of the monitors available in my region (the prices have been converted to USD).

Asus PG348Q   -   $1,350

Acer X34(Old)   -   $1,600

Acer X34A         -   $1,700

I would like to know whether I should get any of the above monitors now or wait for the Acer X34P to be released. I currently have the Acer XB280HK (4K G-Sync Monitor) but I find the 60 hertz a bit on the slow side. I would love to upgrade to 100+ hertz panel and find the ultrawide 100 hertz panels a worthy upgrade. My PC specs are in my signature below.

CPU Intel Core i7-5930K @ 3.5 GHz Motherboard Asus X99 Deluxe RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB @ 2800MHz GPU 2 x Gigabyte GTX 980 G1 Gaming (SLI)

Case Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 (Gray) Storage 2 x 1TB 850 Pro, 2 x 4TB WD Black PSU Corsair AX1500i (1500W) Display Asus PG348Q Ultrawide - G-Sync

Cooling Corsair Hydro Series H100i Keyboard Razer BlackWidow Chroma Mouse Razer Mamba Sound Logitech G633 Operating System Windows 10

i'd get the X34A because i dont like that "glowing gamery" design of the ASUS but thats personal preferences

the difference between X34A and P is, that you'll have to OC the A panel while the P already comes with 100hz and might be OC'd higher

currently i'm sitting on my aoc 34" 60hz ips and waiting to get the X34P, so if you get yours first you could write a nice review here on the forum ;)
