So some times when i plug a USB in the front panel ports it will zap a little bit, like 1/5 when i plug something in.

and like 1/4 when it happens the screens flicker off and back on.

Should i be worried?

Cause its month 5 now and i feel i should of been at some point, checked all the connections and there all ok i think :D

A spark means that there is a short somewhere in the USB header. I wouldn't use that particular USbport if you can avoid it. Just use a different port.

Seems to be the 4 front panel ones, 2 2.0 and 2 3.0

That means it's either the cables that link the ports to the motherboard, or... worst case, the motherboard's USB connector pins. Try plugging the cable(s) to another set of connectors.
