Small Value PC build?

HI everyone,

 

I am looking to build a computer for my brother to give to him on his birthday. I have built one computer before and spent about $1600 on it. I am looking to spend about $600-$800 dollars on this one. He mostly plays League of Legends so he really doesn't need a very expensive one. I looked at Linus' Ultimate Value PC build guide but I wanted to try and see if I could make a smaller, more up-to-date PC. I have to send this computer in the mail so I want it to be pretty compact. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No problem. You have enough headroom in your budget to go to an i5 6500 and/or an rx 480 for GPU if you think you're going to need more horsepower. I don't think you will though.
