Cheating to get money is against Rockstar's T&Cs, which is technically a legally binding contract in the view of a court. The legality of cheating to get in game money is very questionable, so it doesn't belong on the forum. 

 

Also, R* is pretty hard on banning money hackers, as it's a pretty substantial source of income for them. As for RP and leveling cheating, they're not as fussed because they don't make money from it.

I did that. The cheat i used is outdated. I could hack a billion if i wanted to. But i wanted to play safe. I have 130millions now.

While yes, there are currently working undetectable mod menus, I will not link/discuss them any further here. All I will say, is if you look hard enough you will find one working on the current patch.

Being what I am, I have my contacts in that particular area.
