Will my CPU/MB and Ram go with eachother

First of all sorry if i am postin in wrong section

Second this is my first Pc build so dont judge me to hard : (

So i have MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard

Intel i5 4690k CPU

and Ram Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2400MHZ

My question is will this 3 parts run together or should i change my Ram before my 15 day warenty from Microcenter runs out , the reason why i am asking is i got a note on PC part picker after i already bought this 3 parts

"

  • The Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

"

will it still run or will it damage my CPU in a long run

if you're planning on buying this new, have you considered skylake?

DDR4 is actually pretty appealing when talking 8GB sticks.
