The 1-2pin ones are umbilicals. You plug those into the motherboard according to the manual. The rest are USB and Audio. You plug those into the headers that may read 'HDAudio', 'AC'97', or 'USB2' or 'USB3' the umbilicals are the hardest part, however the layout is in the manual.  They usually have PWR+ and PWR- and RES+ and RES- so on and so forth, just line each connector with the marking and it should turn out fine. These are for your case, so if your pc isnt turning on, check these first.
