So I wanted to start getting into doing stuff like building and modding custom computer cases and building some really cool custom machines I was just wondering if there's anyone out there that has done this kind of stuff and can give me a few tips, advice, and know what tools I'll need to get started doing it and also I want to discuss a few ideas I had to see if I can make my own really cool machine

take it slow and plan everything through, maybe talk to a friend about the modding idea and how you want to make it, he might have a good idea to how you could make it better or easier. Don't start with a huge project, you will just end up being irritated, because it will take a long time. Look up the mods you want to make, there might be a guide to it or another person who has done it, so you can kinda see how it will look. Lastly take care of yourself, it can be dangerous.
