You don't understand what I'm trying to say. Nvm.

What I'm trying to say is it's on by default... there is no such feature, the browser automatically adjusts text to a position where it is comfortable for you to read it and you don't have to strain your eyes.

Anyway, I honestly couldn't care less at this point. If you find iOS better for you, go for it, after all the iPhone 5s looks pretty speedy.

Compatible with Windows 95

Certain browsers do yes. For example the default TouchWiz browser (Samsung devices) has a similar mode.

I don't believe Chrome does however.

On my iPhone when reading news articles I always use the "reading" mode which filters out all unnecessary stuff and shows text larger.

I'm wondering if Android has this ability?

Yep, this is not an iOS feature but a Safari feature
