Keyboard interference is back

While back I made a posst saying I was having bad lag when typing and somebody told me it was interference to try moving my USB dongle from my keyboard to another port, so I moved it to the front of my case but its still lagging. Any ideas?

Does anything else lag (Mouse cursor for example) or only your keyboard?

Have you tried a different keyboard?

Only keyboard, no other keyboard to try. It only happens on occasion too, I thought it was just my system being bogged down but all I'm doing is watching videos.
