I need help picking a motherboard.

I plan on using the GTX 1060, but will need integrated graphics support until then. I thought about maybe going with a Z170 board for a possible future upgrade to an overclockable cpu, but H170 would be cheaper. Also, I would prefer to keep the price of the motherboard at $120 max.
