Arma III and Squad on linux?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if Arma III was available on linux. Also I've heard that squad will be available for linux, any idea as to when it might release?

Arma 3 had an Linux Beta version, and Squad will possibly have an linux version in the future.

Install STEAM, download ARMA 3. Be aware that it is NOT well optimised for Linux, and you'd be better getting an Windows key from G2A or reddit

 

The ARMA linux version hasn't been updated for 6 months....

I mean you lose like 2-3 fps but

The Arma 3 port is out of date and its not maintained. They keep saying they will update it but its been passed to an external company so its been lagging extremely. Its not feasible to play Arma 3 on Linux in multiplayer, for singleplayer it can work but otherwise its not workable.
