Is siliconlottery.com safe?

I'm buying a new cpu and don't really know where to go for it.

 

I can always just get it on amazon and cut out the middle man but there's also this site called silicon lottery: https://siliconlottery.com/products/4790k47g. Its a place where they test all the chips and bin them within certain clock speeds at a certain voltage.

 

I just haven't really heard much about them and am not sure if I want to put my credit card on a site that's this obscure.

 

What do you guys think? Should I buy from the siliconlottery.com or just play the real silicon lottery?

Don't waste extra money on that unless you're a hardcore. Just play the classic silicon lottery and order a retail one.
