Help building a budget friendly workstation

Hello all, wanting to build a pc that can do a bit of video editing, photoshop, with a chance of light gaming.

1- Budget And Location: Budget of around $800 AUD (Australia, Queensland) give or take $50.

2- AIM:  Basically will be using this PC as a platform to do adobe photoshop CC work, Premier Pro work, illustrator work and perhaps some light gaming.

3- Monitors: 2 1080p monitors. 

4- Peripherals: Don't really need any as ill sort that myself, but if you have suggestions for a comfortable mechanical keyboard I'm all ears. As for OS, don't need as I have win7 licences and disks. 

5- Not upgrading just building a new machine after selling my gaming rig to fund my car addiction
