Bit cheaper than what your looking for but ive been using a set of Brainwavz Delta's. Sound quality is fantastic for an IEM. They are comfy too, build quality leaves a bit to be desired but you can pick up a set with in line mic for us$20.

I use Panasonic rp-tcm125 headsets. They cost around 20 bucks or less and deliver controlled rumbling bass as well as smooth highs and mids. Possibly the best headset I've ever used. The only con is the headset quality still has a lot to be desired but for the price, there isn't a lot out there that can beat the sound quality. Pair it up with the Onkyo HF Player app and you can virtually tune it to whatever music you're listening to.
