rx 480 graphic card

First, hello fellow Long Islander!

 

Second, make sure you are running the latest drivers from AMD, as your issue may be caused by the increased power draw from the PCI-E slot.

Smells to me like you have a faulty PSU or motherboard. What models are they?

Try a different PSU
