Help With First Build

Hi, i'm looking for some help on what Motherboard, CPU, PSU etc i should use in my first build and how much i should spend on parts. It dose not need to be very powerful as i will only use it for browsing the internet. I'm building it as i want to practice building a low end pc before i build the high end pc i want for gaming. it needs to be inexpensive around £140 or $180 if you are in US. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

the latest Pentium from Intel my be something to look at. It seems pretty capable.

Good build but I don't think he needs an SSD just for practicing..

he can exchange with a cheaper hdd and get a cheap video card, but the cpu already has on board graphics so i tossed the ssd in there

Thanks, this helps alot. I have changed the ssd to a hdd because they are cheaper. Hear is the list i updated tell me if it ok http://pcpartpicker.com/list/TzVHhq. I already have a spare monitor, mouse and keyboard. I will use linux for the OS because its free and i won't be using this pc much and it's just to practice building on.

it looks good, but i recommend getting a usb 3.0 to 2.0 adapter for the front panel headers. just realized this by looking at the parts list as the case has front panel usb 3 but the mobo only has usb 2 headers.
