My computer has been randomly shutting down now from booting up Furmark and halfway through a game of Overwatch. If experience serves well, it is a chance that it is my cheapo 750w PSU I bought on Ebay?  I have a 390 so that should probably be a good indication, but I just want to clarify and hope I'm not just having PTSD.

The woes of not waiting to buy a GPU when new releases hit soon.

Is your CPU overclocked?

Sounds like a issue I had but with my 780. I can't actually remember what I did to fix it other than that I went into the registry to give the GPU more processing time. And I also changed something in the GPU control panel in the 3D setting. I can't remember exactly and I'm not at home so i can't figure it out atm. Does your event log says what happened before that? Mine said something about Display drivers has stopped responding and has been recovered. Anyways I know it probably sounds far fetched that your GPU is making your computer shut down, but in my case it was true. Does it always shut down or do you sometimes have to hold down the power button?

I once explained to my girlfriend what true love is. I said, "If you were a shit, I'd put you back in" and to this day, she is still my little shit.
